Cookie Policy
This website uses both third-party and proprietary cookies to enhance your browsing experience, allow you to share content on social media, and enable us to gather user statistics. You can prevent cookies from being downloaded by adjusting your browser settings to avoid storing cookies on your device. As the owner of this website, I want to inform you that we do not use any personal information derived from cookies; we only generate general visit statistics that do not entail any personal information. It's crucial that you read this cookie policy and understand that, by continuing to browse, we will consider that you accept their use. According to the terms outlined in Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, if you continue browsing, you are consenting to the use of these mechanisms.
What are cookies?
Cookies are data sets that a server deposits in a user's browser to collect standard Internet registration information and visitor behavior information on a website. In other words, they are small text files stored on the hard drive of a computer that serve to identify the user when reconnecting to the website. Their purpose is to record the user's visit and store certain information. Their use is common and frequent on the web because they allow pages to function more efficiently and provide greater personalization and analysis of user behavior.
What types of cookies exist?
The cookies used on our website are session and third-party cookies, allowing us to store and access information related to language, the type of browser used, and other general user-defined characteristics, as well as track and analyze user activity to introduce improvements and provide our services in a more efficient and personalized manner. Cookies can be divided into session or permanent cookies based on their duration. Session cookies expire when the user closes the browser, while permanent cookies expire based on when they serve their purpose (for example, keeping the user identified in Rufo Vaquero and Sergio Díaz's services) or when manually deleted.
Additionally, based on their purpose, cookies can be classified as follows:
PERFORMANCE COOKIES: This type of cookie remembers your preferences for the tools found in the services, so you don't have to reconfigure the service each time you visit. For example, this typology includes volume settings for video or sound players and video streaming speeds compatible with your browser.
GEO-LOCATION COOKIES: These cookies are used to determine the country where you are located when requesting a service. This cookie is entirely anonymous and only used to help target content to your location.
REGISTRATION COOKIES: Registration cookies are generated once the user has registered or subsequently logged into their session, and are used to identify them in the services for the following purposes: Keep the user identified so that if they close a service, the browser, or the computer, and later return to the service another time or another day, they will still be identified, facilitating navigation without having to log in again. This functionality can be suppressed if the user clicks the "log out" function, so this cookie is deleted, and the next time the user enters the service, they will have to log in to be identified. Check if the user is authorized to access certain services, for example, to participate in a contest.
ANALYTICAL COOKIES: Every time a user visits a service, a tool from an external provider generates an analytical cookie on the user's computer. This cookie, which is only generated during the visit, will serve on subsequent visits to the Web Services to anonymously identify the visitor. The main objectives are to allow anonymous identification of browsing users through the "Cookie" (identifying browsers and devices, not individuals) and therefore approximate counting of the number of visitors and their trend over time. Anonymously identify the most visited and therefore most attractive content for users. Know if the user accessing is new or repeat visit. Important: Unless the user decides to register for a Web service, the "Cookie" will never be associated with any personal data that can identify them. These cookies will only be used for statistical purposes to help optimize the User's experience on the site.
BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING COOKIES: This type of "Cookie" allows for more information to be included in the ads shown to each anonymous user on the Web Services. Among other things, it stores the duration or frequency of ad display positions, interaction with them, or user browsing and/or sharing patterns, as they help shape an advertising interest profile. This allows offering ads related to the user's interests.
THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING COOKIES: In addition to advertising managed by Rufo Vaquero and Sergio Díaz's websites in their services, Rufo Vaquero and Sergio Díaz's websites offer their advertisers the option to serve ads through third parties ("Ad-Servers"). Thus, these third parties may store cookies sent from Rufo Vaquero and Sergio Díaz's services from users' browsers, as well as access the data stored in them. The companies that generate these cookies have their own privacy policies. Currently, Rufo Vaquero and Sergio Díaz's websites use the Doubleclick platform (Google) to manage these services. For more information, visit http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ads/#toc-doubleclick and http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ads/.
Additionally, some services may use connectors with social networks such as Facebook or Twitter. When the user registers for a service with credentials from a social network, they authorize the social network to store a persistent cookie that remembers their identity and guarantees access to the services until it expires. The user can delete this cookie and revoke access to the services through social networks by updating their preferences on the specific social network.
How can I disable cookies in my browser?
Different browsers can be configured to notify the user of cookie reception and, if desired, prevent them from being installed on the device. Likewise, the user can review in their browser which cookies are installed and their expiration period, being able to delete them.
